Q: Can you recycle all types of plastic?
Almost! Please see our 'What can be recycled' page to see a list illustrating the wide range and types of items that can be recycled as well as those that can't! In short, we can recycle the following plastic types:
1. PET - Polyethylene Terrephthalate
2. HDPE - High Density Polythene3. PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride
4. LDPE - Low Density Polyethylene
5. PP - Polypropylene

Q: What quantities of materials can you handle?
We have no minimum quantity limits – though we do suggest that, in order to make the service as cost effective as possible, you aim to accumulate as much waste as your storage space allows between collections/deliveries. Our collection service vans are large transits and can carry substantial amounts but please let us know if your load is particularly large and we will add a trailer. Back
For deliveries to our site we can accept any quantities, we are able to accommodate larger vehicles including artics and have facilties for skips and tippers. For bulk deliveries it is particularly important to book ahead before coming to our site. Back
Q: Do you provide contract terms for bulk/ongoing deliveries.

Q: How do I arrange a collection?

Q: How do I arrange to deliver to your site?
We aim to schedule all deliveries to our site so that we don’t keep you waiting to unload. To arrange a delivery please call us on 01634 253557. We will often be able to accommodate you on the same day but recommend that you try to book ahead if possible to be sure of getting the time most convenient for you. Back
Q: What are your opening hours?
Our site is open for deliveries from 8am to 4pm each day, Monday to Friday. We are generally available by phone from 7.30am until 4.30pm each day. Back
Q: Can I arrange regular collections/deliveries?
Yes, many of our customers have scheduled collection/delivery times. These can be arranged to suit your business needs. Back
Q: What happens to the items I recycle with you?
Once your materials reach our site we process them in a number of ways to make them ready for re-use by manufacturers as a raw material. This could be to produce recycled paper or card or, in the case of plastic, it could be to make garden furniture or ornaments. Back

Q: Do you charge for your services?
Our key aim is to provide a cost effective, money saving, recycling service for our customers. We do have a sliding scale of charges based on a range of factors eg whether recyclables are being collected or delivered' the quantities involved and the regularity of service. In all cases we are highly competitive and, in fact, for high bulk customers we can often offer a free service and, in some cases payment for your materials. Q: Do you pay for the items delivered to you?
For medium-long term contracts involving larger tonnage of higher value, segregated plastics for recycling we can occasionally make payments to suppliers. Please call us to find out if you qualify. Back
